Tackling Fear, Racism and Disinformation: Anti-Racist Leadership
This day of professional learning will provide space for headteachers to reflect, connect and learn about:
- addressing the impact of extreme right narratives and disinformation on school communities
- navigating difficult conversations with staff, learners and families
- responding to racism and racist incidents with confidence and care
- developing antiracist leadership in complex and polarised contexts.
Developed by Education Scotland in partnership with AHDS and SLS, this pilot day will signpost support and showcase innovative approaches such as TIE’s Digital Discourses and Building United Workplaces by NASUWT and TIE.

Option 1: Tuesday 10th March, 9am to 3pm, Apex Hotel in Dundee.
Option 2: Tuesday 24th March, 9am to 3pm, The Studio in Glasgow.
