This session helps leaders move beyond compliance to implement meaningful inclusion in schools. Participants will explore:

▪ Moving beyond compliance towards meaningful action and systemic change in schools
▪ Recognising and addressing the barriers that exist in Scottish educational structures
▪ Practical tools for fostering psychological safety amongst staff and pupils
▪ Building confidence for difficult conversations about inclusion and bias with colleagues and parents
▪ Case studies from Scottish educational contexts and leadership scenarios
This session will be delivered by Tony McCaffery from Diversity Scotland, an expert-led organisation supporting workplaces to integrate equity, inclusion, and accessibility into their culture, policies, and leadership.
