Annual Conference 2026 Exhibition

Our 2026 annual conference will be held at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow on 19 & 20 November. 

Sponsorship options are open for booking for 2 weeks from 13th April. Exhibitor stand bookings will open 2 weeks after this. All bookings are on a first come first served basis. 

Sponsorship Options - £3250 + VAT

All sponsors have the opportunity to give a 2 minute presentation to the whole conference, prominence on the Exhibitor Trail sheet, specific mentions by the conference chair, highlighted in the conference app and a complimentary half page advert in the December edition of our member magazine. The sponsorship package includes an exhibition stand (with all that is included with this, see below) and one place at the conference dinner.

We are happy to consider other sponsorship proposals, please add this to the booking form.

Exhibition stand - £750 + VAT

This includes a 6 foot table, 2 chairs, access to a power socket and catering for the two conference days (exhibitor lunches will be served at a separate time from delegates), maximum of 2 people per stand. You have the option to book the conference dinner (£45+VAT) separately which includes a DJ afterwards.

Set up is NOT available on Wednesday evening and is available from 6am on Thursday.

We are currently working on the conference programme, no details are available yet. All delegates will be attending in person - no virtual option is available.

All exhibition stands are located in the foyer outside the conference suite and all coffee breaks will take place here, the floorplan is below. We are using the Megalithic Suite for the conference.  

All bookings need to be made online through the form on this page, please select three stands in order of preference. We will endeavour to provide a stand of your choosing (and will be back in touch if we can't). 

Only once payment is received will your place at our conference be confirmed.
