How to get involved
Once a potential match has been identified, the two leaders make direct contact and agree whether a visit is feasible and worthwhile.
All practical arrangements—including travel, accommodation, any staff cover and insurance—are agreed and organised by the participating schools and leaders. ESHA cannot accept liability for loss, damage or injury arising from individual visits, so participants should ensure appropriate insurance is in place.
We recognise that the cost of travel, accommodation and back-fill may be a barrier. Members may wish to explore possible support through:
